seeking mentor or someone to give me some experience in RE investing ,have knowledge ,no experience! want to go through a couple deals to get the feel of things.
Cobra.... Hey I invest in the Msvl and Yuba City area as well as Sacramento. I am currently mentoring with someone and learning about flipping and pre foreclosures. Let me know if you want to team up on a deal or two.....
My wife and I for the last 3 to 4 months started to look into investing. Just like Cobra we want a mentor and someone we can start with for at least several first purchases to get our feet wet in RE investing. I am interested in partnering with someone for investing. I live in the Sacramento Area (Elk Grove). Would you be interested?
