Looking for investor or help on Reno, NV home

Any investors interested in this short sale deal? If not, any help for me, the owner? FMV: $630K to $650K FTD (Countrywide): $474K STD (Wells Fargo): $180K (for a total of $654K) Realtor's commissions: 1%/3% (may be negotiable even further as realtors are friends) I've been trying to get a business going for 16 months w/o pay, and now I'm out of funds. I need out. No luck on sale of house (see www.stonebridgetrail.com for house info) as yet. Comps are around $180 - $185/sf.Reno House Info Anyone dealt with WFB on a 2nd equity line short sale before? I need a buyer before they'll talk to me.
