Looking For A Partner In Dallas
Hi,
I am looking for someone (experienced rehabbers only!) to co-invest in a deal in dallas as the FMV is outside my credit limit.
After FMV the rehab has decent money for 2 people and can be quick as there is no foundation/roof/structural.
