Slim pickings... only about a dozen preforeclosures there this month, and about the same (16) last month.
You should be able to farm them easily.
Do you have a system of farming in place?
Not sure I understand what you mean. Also I m looking at other counties, not the one I live in. I contacted the sheriffs office and they said there are only about 5 a week. I was going to try Middlesex, Morris, Somerset. I appreciate any advice or help you could give me. Thank you
I am alos going to go to the essex county auction just to sit and watch. Get a better understanding of what goes on. I have been reading books and researching the internet as much as possible. I know most of the basics. Preforeclosures(lis pendens), auctions, Reo's. Researching the titlte for 2nd mortgages and tax liens. But this just general knowledge, not the ins and out.
