Locating REO's In PA
Can anyone advise the best way to locate bank REO's specifically in the Bucks County, PA region. Is it possible to deal directly with the individual institutions or do most banks tend to list with a few specific listing agents?
I would appreciate any contact info you experienced buyers are willing to share.

However we are not allowed to give you direct information on the open board as that would be against the rules. It would also not be a good idea, as currently at this time there are 172 guests and 82 members online that would be calling the same contact and you would turn a good contact into a ticked off contact.
