OK,I have been researching for awahile on how to find pre-foreclosures.I was told to go to the clerks of ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***hats were lawyers file Notice Of Defaults.I also wanted the names of people who just filed for divorce.Well ,I called the clerks office,she said they list houses that are going up for auction,not the ones that have only gotten notice.Is NOD public info.?Should I look in the Most recent recorded data book?Or is this clerk just full of it and does not want to help?
