Is there a pay website that can provide up to date information regarding Liens against a property ? As I prepare to go to foreclosure auctions (and preforclosures), I'm hoping I can get convenient access to such information, even if I have to pay for it. thoughts ?

I would simply go to your County Recorders office and research the background of the subject property.
Some County Recorder offices do have research online.
