Letter To Homeowner

I have read that the envelope ought to be written in ink rather than typed. What about the letter. I mean you might have several to send out and the letter might be long. What are your suggestions on this?

Maybe you should clarify the question?

I used my computer to create the letter and added a digital image of my signature. I also used the same letter and actually signed them. I also hand addressed the envelope as well.

How well did I do? No calls for a 4 month period of letters going out to those listed in Lis Pendens.

    Your milage may vary.

The reason you handwrite the envelope and letter is to give a personal and caring approach. Never give a potential seller an indication of how large or small your organization is. The larger you appear the more distrust you will encounter.

I thought I gave enough clarity. Thanks so much. I got my questions answered.
