Lender Pipelines

bigdredd profile photo

Do lenders have “disposal pipelines” to allow them to efficiently get rid of the properties they acquire through foreclosure.

How do you work with lenders concerned about an undesirable property getting on their books; and how to get them to throw a property or two in your direction.

I know some abandoned foreclosed properties and my neighborhood and I need some ideas on how to make contact.

I know many many lenders just list their properties with RE Agents that "specialize" in selling foreclosures... Many times, these markets are just as competitive as any other RE market...

    Good Luck!

Find a local Real Estate Investor and flip the property to him/her.

Sorry to here about your problem. Wish i lived closer would look into helping myself, i am in Houston Area.

Anyway, pick up your phone book and look up realestate clubs in the Austin or San Antonio area. Or do a search on the internet. I know there is one, though do not believe i can post their name and phone number here.

I am sure someone within the club could probably help you out one way or the other.

    Good Luck...

Short Sales are hard especially since it is just 30 days late. If you have proof of why you can no longer make payments, send them a hardship letter.

Build some rapport with your lender and ask for ways for some help. They may even offer a quick solution until you can get it sold. Good Luck!

    Thanks!!
