Lease With Opt To Buy
Does anyone have any leads in Chicago, Il on seller financing multi -unit properties available. Are there websites available with any listings. I spoke with a realtor and he sent me listings for sale . He indicated that they are far few and in between. My next question was do you have any old mls listings of buyers that were having difficulty selling their property within 3 to 6 months. He said he would pull up anything within that time range or go further. He also, told me if any properties that he e-mailed me that I were interested in to let him know and he would see if lease 2 purchase was an option. I currently had to sell my 3 unit building which was bringing in a nice income. This is an option for me if its available otherwise I am going to seek employment and start all over again. Currently lost job.
