Lease Option Back To The Origional Owner? Land Trust Contrat For Option?

shaamrock profile photo

I heard A "contract for option" is the best way to lease back to the orional home owner in foreclosure while protecting your investment. Using this document along with all disclosures, sales contracts ect. I am trying to figure out how to do this bullet proof so that the origional how owner doesnt have a shot in hell if they take me to court?

can you help

9 out 10 homes that are lease back to the oringinal home owner ( default) !..

I am assuming you did a short sale or took deed of the home and got the home owner out of Forecloser...

and when the home defaults again they blame the investor.

Do you have any other options -

If there is a lot of equity then they can revert title back to the seller. Then what will you do.
