Last Day To Make Payments, What Now........
Ok, house in foreclosure, have been given two extensions already, today is the final day to make back payments....foreclosure on hold until this first portion of arrangement is met, if not met, then told sale will go ahead as planned......no more extensions.....nothing that i tried worked in my favor (as far as getting the loan needed to make the payment, etc.)..... in the final hour, anymore ideas?....sale set for the first of next month....any GOOD ideas will be greatly appreciated....Thanks!!! :-(
If the numbers won't work in the redemption period then cut it loose and move on.
being granted another exten. and working from there is about your only hope at this point. i do know of people getting as many as four exten.........kenmax
Kenmax, are those four extensions even WHILE the property is in foreclosure status, with pending sale?.....or were those extensions before there was an actual sale date?
Just out of curiosity, What's your position in this property?
have the seller file a petition for chapter 11 (I think this is the right number) and then have them cancel the petition prior to their hearing. This will put a stop to the foreclosure if your close on a deal (possible for a couple of weeks) and you can get the forms at any legal stationary store.
