land contract 4-sale
I have a land contract 4-sale. Does anyone know where I could sell it and what is a reasonable discount rate? Sales price was $15,900 and the folks put $1000 down and the balance is to be paid back at 10% for 7 years. Monthly payments are ~$247.
this is in South Carolina.
