Knocking On Doors
We are looking for advice on the best approaches to use for owners in preforclosure, we plan on going to the house and knocking on doors as we have been told this is the most succesfull way to do it, we are looking for some good opening lines to help us get a foot in the door, we are new investors so any advice is much appreciated.
