Just A Quick Question About A Prequalification
Hi all just a question. I am pretty new to this and am having to use hard money lenders which so far has been good for since I am rebuilding credit however I am finding preforeclosures and foreclosures and REOs that I am interested in but before I can bid they are wanting a prequalification letter or proof of funding . The problem is with a hard money lender I can not get one because my lenders wants to see a contract on the house along with values etc before they will okay my loans. Any ideas on how to get around this? Thanks Kim
