Anyone keeping score? On one side of the table we have our Moderator who can prove 500+ deals and on the other side we have mtnwizard who hasn’t said if he has done any deals....
At the end of the day if I am wanting advice on how to do a deal and only had one telephone number to call for help, I know who I would call...

I think that we were typing at the same time! But I had to go and be long winded. LOL
John gets my vote he has always been there and has never treated me as some dumb kid or tried to get me to sign up for an extra boot camp or help from one of his highly trained coaches. 2 days after I got his course I did my first deal and he was there every step of the way. I take a lot less hand holding now but I am glad to know he is there when things go bump in the night. Thanks John.....

Okay, I’ll admit it. I too have a JL manual sitting right in front of me. So, I guess we’re still batting a 1,000 here.
I hope that everytime someone disagrees with John that we do not start a post to just degrade the other person and their opinion.
Many people have many nice things to say about John, but he and I have gotten into it on more than one occassion. John is very opinionated and vocal and many people on this board are scared to contradict anything that he says because of threads like his.
This is not about you John. This is about starting and continuing to allow a thread to degrade another poster and his opinion. If someone is board hustling then their post ought to be deleted.
Or, in the words of William Wrigley… “If two people think exactly alike, one of them isn’t needed.”

There isn’t a person on this board with the exception of Don who can say I offered to sell them something and that was after I sent it to him for free, and it was all of 59.95...
Which isn’t a bad price for a 21-page foreclosure booklet addressing all of the issues of helping someone in foreclosure. A very powerful product.
Be careful who you align yourself with... Unless you like the "Has something to hide so they grow a beard look"...
