IS THIS A SCAM???
Hey everyone;
I have been hounded on the phone by this guy who is with a company that claims they will give me 100% financing for investment props.. Is sounds tempting but the catch is I must pay $375 for the investor package. Is this a scam? What type of questions should I ask? Should I tell him to stop calling or to start financing?
Need some advise b4 I make the wrong mistake.

What exactly does the "investor package "
include?
If they want money up front my guess is that it is a scam.
Whay not have them send you the lending guidelines and rates? After you see the guidelines you may find that no deal will qualify.
yes. it is a scam. their income should come from the cost of the loan. NOT some membership fee.
