I would like to know is there software or DVDs that can teach me how to process a forclosure down to the paper work without guessing. Also would it work in Califonia.
I am not sure I fully understand your question. Do you wish to bid a foreclosure sale? Or do you wish to know the correct approach to someone who is in foreclosure?
Or do you wish to put someone in foreclosure who has had the temerity not to make proper payments?
Bakersfield, oh my god you should be busy busy according to what I saw on the statistics last week, your rate of foreclosure (Filing NOD's) is up over 20%. Just how many make it all the way I do not know, but it looks like one active area.
I would have expected a reduction cause many people who can no longer afford to live in Los Angeles proper are coming out your way to take advantage of cheaper housing.
