Is There Another Name For Notice Of Default?
I found my county clerks office online , it has many search options, there is lis pedens/forclosure and a lot others but no Notice of default .When a lis pendens is filed, is that when the home owner is 6 months behind on there payments?

You will find multiple forms of foreclosure notices with different title.
I would suggest checking 10 or 15 upcoming foreclosures to search out what documents are used in the notice of default filings, once you find the most prominent document used in your area this is the document that you will want to research out.
Some title companies will also provide this information as well.
