?is it to late 4 short sale if auction is already scheduled?
?1. is it to late for a short sale if auction is already schedule with sheriffs sale? some of the sheriffs sale i noticed are scheduled 2-3weeks and even a month later. 2. if its too late what other ways are there to find out about pre-forclosures? would an unpaid taxes, water or sewer bill on public notice be a red flag for pre-forclosure?
