How do you seasoned veterans go about finding investors for the properties you find? I have a deal right now if I had the investor to help out. Please advise. Also, as a rookie, I would love a mentor of some type in Ohio.[ Edited by mitchigoo on Date 05/12/2003 ]
You can find investors by visiting your local real estate investment club. You can find one in your area by clicking on "Groups" and then your state. It will display a list of clubs in that state.
Another way is to call investors ads in the paper. You see the "We buy Houses" ads, try calling them and speak with the investors. Explain you have a property you are looking to flip to an investor for a finder's fee. Hope this helps.
