How does an investment club work? Is anyone in one? If so, what has been your experience with it? Would you rather join one or find your own private lenders?
It depends on the type of investment club. I am in one in my area and they are known as the Landlord association but, they are also private investors! They had a realtor come in one night with about 60 properties that were on his REO list and these folks went nuts! I bet he moved them all in the next few days. I have also found this club to be an excellent source of information in many areas of CREI. I am quite glad I found them as I now have another avenue for moving properties.
