I Need Help.

Home is in foreclosure and owners are no longer living. If no one else is on the title, can the bank that is foreclosing sell it before the trustee sale? Who is the legal owner of the property now? How can i buy it before the trustee sale?

If the owners are not alive, the property must be in probate or left in a will. I would check with the tax assessor for any change in the address to where they send the tax info, and try to find next of kin.

    Good Luck,
