I Have Motivated Sellers In North Texas
Greetings Ya'll,
I do third party Loss Mitigation in the 13 county, Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and run into some strong equity purchase opportunities - easily 25% to 40% or more below FMV. It's my job to stop the foreclosure process but some cases are not mitigatable and the owners just want to walk away with SOME of their equity. Obviously, I coudn't even begin to scratch the surface in buying all of these equities myself but I would sure like to farm some of them out to some decisive and capable investors and I'm willing to do all the grunt work in order to help some of these folks out.
