I'm a NY investor that's familiar with Woodhaven and pre-foreclosures. I'd be interested in buying the property. If the deal is closed and I actually buy the property from the seller, I'm happy to pay you a finder's/bird dog fee and will put it in writing.
When we talk, I'll need to know the arrears amount, # months mortgage past due, date of F/S, other property liens & their amounts, etc... etc.
