My credit is so messed up, the bank took my credit card away, after being on time with them for 3 yrs, I had problems with some creditors, I dont think I qualify for a house, if they took 3k credit line, much less I will get 100k loan.. any ideas what can I buy with 20 k cash?

You and I are here (in sync) man! If this guy bought 5 single wides he'd make $1000 a month for the next 3 years. He'd earn his initial investment of $10,000 back in 10 months. He could do this and still have 10K out of the 20K in his pocket.

He has some options wholesaling would be a major one.

Hi, I am an investor with access to private guaranteed lending sources regardless of your credit (Not hard money loans). The requirements are very loose e-mail me with some specifics about how bad your credit is and I'll let you know exactly which plan we'll follow

Hey Faith, I could use some insight into your private investment sources. I am in VERY unique situation where I am trying to buy my home back from the lender post-foreclosure to save 100K+ in equity. I can do the deal at apprx 70% of appraised value but can't get a lender to loan on appraised/market value as opposed to purchase price. My finacee has the better credit with mid 600's - mine is SHOT (low 500s) given foreclosure and Chpt 13. Can you offer help? Please email me at **Please See My Profile** Thanks!!
