I found two houses that are listed with RE agents, but are being foreclosed on Tuesday. Normally, I would just say I missed out on two great deals, but I was wondering if there is anyway of making something happen in such little time.
FYI- on property has about $40K of equity, the other $65K, both I would lease-option.
Sure you can buy the property for the owner! You will have to hustle some.
If you are planning to do a creative deal, you will have to stop the foreclosure first.

There are multiple methods in this process, but a simple post or two will not provide you the depth necessary to perform correctly. You will need to seek out some educational material on this issue and study before jumping.
