When looking for pre-foreclosures. What do you actually look for? Notice of Default listings, Lis Penden??? I'm a little confused, a little clairfying would help.

Exactly, in some states is NOD's in others its Lis Penden's. They normaly publish them in a legal newspaper of some sort.

In mass, Its called a mortgagees sale of real estate. Thats what to look for in the paper
