A friend of mine stated that signs could cause me to be fined? Has anyone had this happen to them? I find it hard to believe since I see signs on the corner of streets for Direct TV, Mortgages, Testing services and everyother thing on the planet. Looks like its time to start pricing signs.

One source of pre-foreclosures leads are loan brokers who specialize in hard to place loans. If you befriend some of these, they may give you a personal introduction to people when they cannot qualify for a loan. This way you can interview them and come up with a solution that will help both of you.
