How To Getting Cash Investors
I'm trying to get cash investors. Not a loan I want to find people that want to silently invest. What do you think is the best way to do this? I'm thinking about running an ad in the Newspaper. Maybe something like this " Cash investors wanted for residential real estate deals" please call Robert @ XXX-XXXX. Well tell me if you think this could or has worked for anybody here. Trying to get silent partners out of a newspaper ad may be pretty hard.
I would look around at your aquaintences, business associates, and other people in your existing network, you may be surrounded by investors.
Number one way would be to join an REI club near you, earn some trust, show off your flair for REI and put together some partners. Best of luck.
I would state that their investment is 100% secure since it is secured by a mortgage on the property. Maybe notihing is 100% but make sure you have paperwork on the property so you can present it while they are interested.
I have private investors that I have and I recieved thier contact info from a friend in the Mortgage Business. If you do not have a contact in the mortgage business then just call around to local Mortgage Brokers and ask a loan officer if they have any private Investors for cash deals. It will get you started on the right track.
