Most standard Realtor contracts have a clause preventing assignment- third from last on ours. I just put a line through it on all offers. Chris
You will have to provide photo I.D. for "Homeland Security" reasons, so the government will know who the buyer is, but this information will not show up at the county courthouse. Chris
When do you do that? I never had to include a photo I.D. to purchase my last two property... Or was that because they were soley in my name? HB Inc.
