HOA Foreclosure Purchased In Harris County Texas

My partner and I purchased 2 homes in Katy Texas. At the time, BAC had the loans attached with the homes and when we tried to communicate with the lender they refused my phone calls because I was not on the loan. However, I do have 2 recorded deeds. 9 months later my tenants are being harrassed by a property management co. stating the home was sold to fannie Mae for $129,000 dollars and the tenants need to pay rent to them. They also emailed me stating they had a Substitute Trust Deed. It is my understanding I would be the one to convey this deed. Anyway, Did BAC have a right to sell to Fannie Mae leaving me in the dark?

Where would I find the BAC lawsuit?

Probably not, I paid the HOA fees, even this year.

No. The bank was offering the former owner a loan modification when I bought it last year.
