Not sure what category I should put this under, but found this to be a very interesting article from the Phoenix AZ area. http://www.azcentral.com/12news/news/articles/1228HOAsfightback25-CP.html After reading this, I think Home Owners association are getting a bit out of control.

I’ve seen this same "no-rent" policy in a new condo development, and even a mobile (manufactured) home park.
