Hire A Negotiator For Repurchase

i live in nevada and had my home foreclosed on by the 2nd mortgage. the bank now owns it. i was told that they might sell it back to me or lease it or something like that and that we might be able to stay here. i am looking for someone that i can pay to call and talk to them. i have tried looking for a nevada attorney but i am out of time. i was working with a lady that came to the house and said she worked for the bank turns out she was a real estate agent trying to make a new sale. she has wasted over 2 weeks and now i have 48 hours left. i have my grandmother with alzheimers living here- she hasnt left the house in over 10 years. i cant imagine moving her. i have 2 dogs that weigh over 200lbs, one with a broken leg- i dont think a rental property will allow dogs that big either. i have more than enough income to afford my house- which is in bad shape including a huge hole in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, a water pipe leak and thats just the start. i am willing to pay well over the value of the house to stay here. i dont care if i have to pay twice the amount. i really need to keep this house. any ideas? confused

If you could pay twice the amount. Why did it get into foreclosure in the first place?

I wish you the best of luck.

a friend handled paying my bills and running errands for me for the last 5 years- he decided to stop paying my bills keep themoney and move back to mexico.- when i did find out about the foreclosures i contact both lenders and tried to make arraingemnts to fix the default. beneficial agreed to bring the loan current and accepted a 2100.00 payment - i talked with chase the day before the trustee sale was to take place and i told them i only had 2000 left and they said to get a cashiers check and fax a copy of it to them along with other info- hardship letter, income verification etc, which i did all of that. i got a notice from chase that my new payment would be effective 6/1/03 and they paid my homeowners insurance premiums- then a lady came to my house and said it was foreclosed on and i got a letter from an attorney saying it was sold. it wasnt total neglect or stupidity that caused this- i did ty to fiix it after i found out. i thought it was fixed

Why not find out who bought the house and offer to buy it back from them. Could be someone just looking to make a buck or two.

They might also allow you to rent back from them for a period of time.

Worse case, you find a good RE person and have them locate another place --- hire some movers and away you go.

I know movings hard, but it does clean out the corners and closets.

What is the redemption period in your state? i f there is one you could redeem/buyback the house for the cost of auction and state specified interest. THis undoubtedly would be for less than you owed on it and could work in your favor.
email me and I will check my book for he redemption period in your state.
