I am a new investor and wonder if any one has some sample contracts. Something I could view as reference.
Thx,
Chris

    cashuout,

    Glad to meet you.

Being a new investor, if you want to become an old investor, asking for contracts is like asking for trouble. Even if you recieved some if they are not state specific to your area they would be useless.

Then if you do not have an understanding of what they are properly used for, again useless to you.

I would like to see you start out on the right foot in your investing career, asking someone for contracts is not the way to start out. Spend a little more time reading the posts and articles here at TCI, when you really get serious you will ask a question like "I have all my paperwork in order, I found this deal it is...... what do you think?

You can start looking for proper paperwork at your local title company explain to them what type of investing you are doing. See if they will share with you the paperwork required that passes their inspection to issue title insurance.

Welcome on board this board, I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
