Most foreclosures have to be published by law - so if you have a major paper or a business paper in your area find out when they publish the Trustee Notices. Within those notices is the address and owner of the property. You can go from there if you want to try and purchase the property before the Trustee sale. States are different, but you might check this out.

Thanks all , I have the property address and owners name and the owner dont live the property anymore " AB house" so just need to contact via Phone . So I dont know how to get the owners phone number, called local telephone company " no existance the owners name", went to check County record no phone number so I dont know how and this is a good deal..
