Help Witha Pre-fore And Escrow
I have a pre fore in escrow the owner is selling for what is owed. we have 10 days till closing and escrow needs her husband to sign he Quit Claimed to her in 2001 and they have been seperated since. escrow says this is a community property state and he still needs to sign the docs. and he now lives in another country. is their a way to get around this or do i just back out ???? on the 95k equity???? all ideas really appreciated
See if she can get a POA or have the paper work to him. If he is on the mortgage or the property he probably wants out.
