Family is 7 months behind on mortgage, about 7000.00 what are there options to help save their home? They are already in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and the stay was released because of other property with a mortgage on it, not their home. This is in SC.
We would need to know the value of the home and how much the loan balance is for starters.
