Sure, It's a preliminary info packet to make you hungry for more information that SDI will be glad to sell to you, along with bootcamps and the next set of courses and bootcamps etc.

Don't get me wrong, there's a ton of good information available at SDI, and Ron Legrands new company. I've learned alot from them.

My recommendation though is spend about a week reading posts on this site, and then determining which technique you think suits you best, learn what you can about that, go out and do it, and expand your knowledge from there. The Cash-Flow Generator is a shotgun approach to feeding you some general informationabout alot of different strategies that doesn't by itself give you enough information to really get started investing correctly. When you're done, you probably know more about real estate than most of your family, but you'll soon find out that you need more info.

    Good luck,

I have seen the same infomercial and I believe the women who says she is buying 50 homes is Robyn Thompson from Conneticut. She also has her own educational materials available and is known as the "Queen of Rehab".

C'mon folks. We no longer call them "midgets" they are simply "vertically challenged". LOL.
