Have A Question On Forclose Deal 1.1 Million
Hi Have a lead on a property. It was appraisd last year for 1.1 Million. Owner is in forclosure and has till Otober 17th to redeem. Will sell to me at 766K . tHIS HAS BEEN AUCTIONED FOR OVER 800k BUT REDEMTION TIME IS NOT www.UP.Can she legally sell to me. I intend to assign property to interested buyer. The property is in Colorado. Does that make it redeemable. Jim

You still can not buy it for less than auction price you stated unles the bank bought it back and you will have to do a short sale
