Has Anyone Used Shark Bait Software To Analyze Foreclosures?
Hi,
I am taking currently taking some real estate classes, and I have become more aware of the equity that can be found in some properties that are foreclosed upon. I am wondering if any of you newbies, as well as the seasoned veterans of the foreclosure process us shark bait software or another type of software? Could you recommend some good books regarding foreclosures.
