Has Anyone Taken Ed Garcias " How To Get Lender Fighting To Give You Money" Seminar?
I was looking at the Seminar offered by Ed Garcia " How to get lenders fighting to give you money" and I was thinking of taking it. I was wondering if anyone on these boards has been to it. And if so If they wouldnt mind telling me if it worked.
Im in the process of typing up a business plan for a investor who wants to partner up with me and since the seminar ed garcia offers is heavily involved with the business plan, I figure no better time than now.
Also, if there is anyone on this board who would be so generous, (i doubt it, but its worth a try) to send me a copy of there real estate investment business plan. I would be unbeleivably thankful. Steve Cook sells a business plan that I was looking into but I figured who knows maybe theres a friendly investor on here that wouldnt mind sharing his.
