I currently have a hard money loan with Wonder Funding. They are not the easiest people to get a hold of until you learn who need to talk to over there. I think you can fill out an app on line. So far I have received all my draws in a timely manner. I'll probably use them again.
It would be hard for me to go into a deal with someone I can never talk to. Be careful. Try to establish a contact person and see if this helps else find another lender....
It sounds like either they are not accepting new clients or are not a good business to deal with. I have not heard of them.
