Handling Former Owners After Trustee Sale.
I have purchased homes at trustee sales before, and every single one was vacant. Only one time was there an owner in the property, which she finished moving out on the date of the trustee sale. I purchased a new property where the owner still resides. My question is will it be easy for me to evict them from my new property or should i hire an attorney.
