Does anyone have a clear understanding of how the goverment mortgage bailout will actually help homeowners in default. Who would qualify? If a homeowner is delinquent, credit is shot, how is this poor guy going to be helped?

    I wanted to read the law, or an executive summary, but I have not found one yet.

    the sound bites have been "enable them to refi there home"

    Or the 3.9bil to be used to revitalize troubled neighborhoods. How do we tap into that?
