Gov't Home Early Stages Help?
Found a Home with people Living in it. Haven't been to Courthouse cause it's the Weekend. Found the Owner to be Gov't Agency.
Now where to find out about the Eligibility for Purchase and how about going through my Steps. Must I Bid? I want it now and I'm surprised it hasn't sold as it's in good shape. Must move quickly on this and what if I can't get approved for Financing? I plan to Rent this property and resell as Equity appreciates.1300 sq ft 3/2/2.Thanks

****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***w as this Property appears "Ripe" and I'm new to this I'm Guarded about my Find(s).Having said that-I have the Agency's Adress for the Region but is there a Quick way to find a Properties Eligibility without 1st knocking on the Door and asking/offending someone.
As this Forum is for experience and Help I appreciate general Interest and sharing knowledge but There are Sharks in these Waters.
Not that You're a Shark just where can I Find a specific Houses Info,since i just came from Their Website and it wasn't Listed-Yet the County Recorder has Xyz123 Agency as Deed Holder and former/Last sale was months ago...hmmmmm. Makes ya wonder eh? Thanks for any help.
UPDATE -UPDATE- This is a Home that needs a Realtor to Post Bids for You. I'mamazed that most Bids must be Fair Market Value (FMV) or are rejected. I tried Bids a few years ago and most were rejected and Bid Dates were re opened. That is why I asked about this House being Deeded as XYZ123 Agency yet I can't find a Bid List for it and I'm not comfortable with Realtors because they Dog you constsntly to move on stuff if your Target Property falls ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***altors have their Place but if I' want them I can call anytime for one. Still Investigating this/and other Properties.
