Get The Deed
hey guys i am confused hope you can help. when it comes to getting the deed exactly what papers do you need to get the deed ? just a purchase and sale agreement or do you use a title company? many courses always tell you get the deed ok but exactly how do I do it :lol:

Also, the paper needed to get the deed is...well, a deed. On it is the seller conveying title to you.....now you have the deed.[ Edited by nebulousd on Date 01/29/2004 ]
