Funding For Forclosures

Hi All, Has anyone ever tried the www.Bargain.com site where you can find many forclosed properties. How would I go about funding a forclosed property and getting started in the Creative Investing thing?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Just a bit of info for ya, A lot of those sites are not updated very often. You are going to get what you pay for. I have one I use and it was a bit steep as far as I was concerned and the info on it is at best.. 2 weeks to a month old. But, in some states, that is ok. It depends on where you are looking to get into foreclosures. Good luck
