Free Labor In LA!
Is there any successful investor wholesaler/short saler in Los Angeles who would want to show me the ropes this summer? In return I would do some free labor for you...cold calls, mailings, marketing, courthouse, etc.
I am a smart guy, MBA, college prof at age 26, so I can definitely help. I just want to learn the business from someone who has been successful.

I am not a guru so don't get too excited. I am just starting out on the RE side too although I am a General Contractor and have many years in home improvement and inspection. I, too, am in the LA/Orange County area and anytime I can speak to someone with same interests it can't be half bad. I have been researching, reading and getting ready for the first one for a couple of months now and still feel a little under educated.
