Found Pre-foreclosure
Hello
I need some help. I found a pre-foreclosure in which the actual forclosure is on the 28th of this month.
I need to hear from the experience investors here . How can I get something done with a home that has a week to go before its auction. How can I stop this from going to auction and make a deal with the owner.
I need someone whom has been in this position before and was able to do something. IM in new yoprk so dont know if anyone here is from this area with experience , but any good words of wisdom would be very much appreciated .
